Climate change: the implications for regional security

Southeast Asia is one of the regions most vulnerable to the effects of climate change and, according to this article on Radio Free Asia, the most imminent threat from climate change to the region is security: rising seas will inundate cities, temperature will affect food production and incurred costs will force governments to spend scarce resources.
