Roddy Gow said “We are very pleased to have been able to attract someone of David’s calibre to carry our activities forward as we enter our fifth year. I have no doubt that he will build on our success to date and help energise our activities in the fields of education and the development of international business skills in the Scottish community. This is a critical time for Scotland which accentuates our role in providing a gateway to expert knowledge and insight on Asia. David will clearly help build our momentum in the years ahead”.
