We are delighted to announce that Suneel Bakhshi, President & CEO of Mizuho International plc, will be joining us for a webinar on 16th Dec at 1600 hours GMT to discuss ‘leadership and building a performance culture’.
Suneel’s approach is based on successfully integrating: his understanding of Japanese management styles observed over five years of working in Japan; his lifelong study of Indian philosophy; and his experience of leading diverse teams around the world in several cultures on every continent. This combination of study and experience has compounded Suneel’s conviction in how to best cultivate potential and grow leaders of the future. Suneel will explain how he has embarked on building a performance culture based upon the pillars of inspiring trust, valuing and encouraging diversity of thought and driving forward a winning spirit. These pillars are core to the behaviours and values that he expects from his leadership team and he will discuss what they mean to him and how he has applied them at Mizuho International and during his career.
